CLEVELAND, Ohio – For the first time in 22 years, the MTV Video Music Awards has a “Best Alternative” category. And with it comes some love for Ohio. Machine Gun Kelly is nominated in the category for “Bloody Valentine,” the video starring girlfriend Megan Fox.
